We have investigated structure and solubility of H, as well as H-vacancy interaction in tungsten (W) single crystal employing a first-principles method. Single H atom is shown to be energetically favorable sitting at the tetrahedral interstitial site (TIS). The solubility of H is estimated in W according to the Sieverts’ law. We found that the solution concentrations are 2.3 × 10−10 and 1.8 × 10−7 at the typical temperatures of 600 K and 1000 K, respectively. The calculated results are basically consistent with the experiments. The vacancy can be found to play a key role on the trapping of H in W. There exists a very strong binding between single H and vacancy with the binding energy of 1.18 eV. With the H atoms added, the HnV complexes can be easily formed in the vacancy. A monovacancy is shown to be capable of trapping as many as 7 H atoms. Kinetically, we show that the H jumps into the vacancy from the first nearest neighboring TIS into vacancy with a much reduced barrier of 0.02 eV, which indicates a down-hill “drift” diffusion of H towards vacancy. The physical mechanism underlying H assisted vacancy formation is originated from that H atoms can stimulate the formation and growth of vacancy or void by binding with vacancy to decrease the effective formation energy of vacancy in W. 相似文献

For window integration of semi-transparent solar cells in living and working areas, color neutral transparency perception and good color rendering are of pivotal importance. In order to tune the optical device properties, we simulate a parallel tandem configuration with two different absorber materials. Within a regime of convenient transparency perception, the transparency can be adjusted between 20% and 40% by choosing the right absorber layer thickness combination. From the optical field in the tandem devices we calculate the charge carrier generation profile and subsequently correlate the optical properties with the electrical device properties as derived from drift-diffusion modelling – altogether allowing for a comprehensive assessment of the transparency, the transparency perception and the device performance and their interdependencies. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel flexible architecture for 3DTV based on multiple uncalibrated cameras. The proposed signal representation improves the interactivity of dense point-based methods, making them appropriate for modeling the scene semantics and free-viewpoint 3DTV applications. The main concern is to address the shortcomings of depth image-based 3D video systems for free-viewpoint visualization, and to provide an efficient implementation of the rendering part which is computationally intensive as well potentially determine the view quality. Novel rendering algorithms are added that specifically aim at solving the rendering artifacts, and sampling issues encountered in wide baseline extensions and arbitrary camera movements. To optimize the process, a “selective” warping technique is proposed that takes the advantage of temporal coherence to reduce the computational overhead. In multiview video plus depth (MVD) format, virtual views are generated from decoded texture videos with corresponding decoded depth images through depth image based rendering (DIBR). 3DV-ATM is a reference model for the H.264/AVC based multiview video coding (MVC) and aims at achieving high coding efficiency for 3D video in MVD format. Depth images are first downsampled then coded by 3DV-ATM. However, sharp object boundary characteristic of depth images does not well match with the transform coding based nature of H.264/AVC in 3DV-ATM. Depth boundaries are often blurred with ringing artifacts in the decoded depth images that result in noticeable artifacts in synthesized virtual views. This paper presents a low complexity adaptive depth truncation filter to recover the sharp object boundaries of the depth images using adaptive block repositioning and expansion for increasing the depth values refinement accuracy. This new approach is very efficient and can avoid false depth boundary refinement when block boundaries lie around the depth edge regions and ensure sufficient information within the processing block for depth layers classification. Experimental results demonstrate that the sharp depth edges can be recovered using the proposed filter and boundary artifacts in the synthesized views can be removed. The proposed method can provide improvement up to 3.25 dB in the depth map enhancement and bitrate reduction of 3.06% in the synthesized views. 相似文献

通过深度相机或者深度估计软件获取的深度视频准确性差,影响深度视频的编码压缩性能。因此,本文提出了一种面向HEVC的深度视频预处理算法。首先提取深度视频的边缘获取边缘掩膜;其次根据边缘掩膜对深度序列分类进行空域平滑;再次将彩色和空域平滑后的深度视频进行时空转换,并以转换后的彩色视频为辅助对转换后的深度视频进行时域平滑,以增强深度视频的时间相关性;最后对时域平滑处理完的深度视频进行逆时空转换,获取最终的预处理深度视频。实验结果表明,提出的处理方法既可以保证虚拟视点质量基本不变,又能够节省7.00%~23.78%的码率。 相似文献

针对传统局部二值模式(LBP)及其扩展方法往往会将具有不同视觉特征的局部邻域赋予相同二值模式值的问题,提出了一种新的凹-凸LBP划分方法。首先通过选择最优参数将具有相同二值模式值的邻域划分为凹凸两类,然后分别统计每类特征并组合在一起进行纹理分类。为验证新方法的性能,实验采用3个在纹理分析领域广泛应用的图像库进行分类实验,结果表明,本文方法明显提高了传统LBP方法的分辨能力。 相似文献
